Are you able to ask for custom-made models

At this time, we aren't offering custom car sets. Nonetheless, we highly appreciate feedback from our community. Please don't hesitate to share your ideas for future car sets with us. If we receive enough requests for a particular model, we'll consider adding it to our list!

There are missing / defective pleces in my set, what can I do?

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by missing or defective pieces in your set. While such occurrences are rare, we are committed to delivering the best possible experience with our products and want to ensure your building journey is enjoyable. If you encounter any missing pieces or identify defective parts, please follow these steps:

  1. Thoroughly inspect your entire set to ensure no pieces have been overlooked.
  2. If you are certain that pieces are missing or defective, capture a photo of your unfinished car and take screenshots of the pieces you require. Make a note of your order number.
  3. Contact our support team via email, which you can do through our contact page. Provide all the details mentioned above, and our team will expedite the replacement process for you.

Please be assured that we will promptly investigate the issue and provide you with the missing or defective pieces necessary to complete your set.

How will I receive the instructions?

If you haven't received the instructions either in manual form or through a QR code for digital access, please send us an email including your order number along with a photo of what you received. Our team will promptly provide you with the instructions digitally to ensure you have everything you need to begin building.

Am I able to update my shipping information?

Within the initial 24-hour window after placing your order, you can request changes to your shipping information. However, please note that changes cannot involve switching to a different country. Additionally, if our fraud detection system flags your order as potentially suspicious, we won't be able to alter the address.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the address even if we respond to your email request.

When contacting us to update your address, please provide your order number along with the new address details. If it's possible to make the change, we'll accommodate your request; otherwise, your order will be shipped to the originally provided address.

Am I allowed to decline delivery of my parcel?

If you've reconsidered your order and seek a refund, kindly accept delivery of the parcel and arrange for its return to us. Refusing delivery will result in the parcel being held by the courier for a brief period before being returned to a courier hub or distribution center for disposal, without returning to us. In such cases, we cannot offer replacements or refunds.

In summary, declining delivery does not facilitate returns to us for refunds or replacements.
